The Goal

Summersalt needed a massive volume of content — over 200 edited videos — delivered on a tight 6-week timeline. The creative lead, Tommy Agriodimas, had already directed a beautiful campaign shoot across NYC and LA, and was looking for a post-production partner who could handle the scale without sacrificing polish. They wanted the final assets to feel premium enough for TV, match their photo campaign perfectly, and be organized for easy rollout across digital platforms.

The Approach

We started with a lookbook of editing styles and music options, so Summersalt could lock creative quickly. Once direction was set, our remote team in LA and NY got to work. Using cloud workflows and a tightly organized post pipeline, we edited hundreds of assets across 24 models, making sure to match the campaign photos exactly in tone and color. Our editors, sound designers, and colorists worked seamlessly across time zones to maximize speed without sacrificing quality. And thanks to how buttoned-up our media org was, we were even able to absorb mid-project changes and deliver more than the original scope — without slowing down.
